Kenneth P. Scott, CFA

Managing Director and
Director of Small Cap Investing

Mr. Scott is a portfolio manager and a member of the Board of Directors of Boston Trust. He is director of the Boston Trust and Walden Small and SMID Cap equity strategies and the lead manager for Small Cap portfolios, a responsibility he has had since 1999. He manages the Boston Trust Small Cap Fund (BOSOX) and Walden Small Cap Innovations Fund (WASOX), co-manages the Boston Trust SMID Cap Fund (BTSMX) and Walden SMID Cap Innovations Fund (WASMX), as well as portfolios for Walden clients with environmental, social and governance (ESG) guidelines. He is a member of the Portfolio Strategy Committee and Investment Committee and contributes to research and analysis in the energy sector. He is also a member of the ESG Research & Engagement Committee.

Prior to joining Boston Trust in 1999, Mr. Scott was a senior analyst at Calvert Group and also served for three years at the Council on Economic Priorities. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the CFA Institute. He earned a BA, cum laude, and an MS in Finance from Boston College, and has studied at Sciences Po (Paris) and Johns Hopkins University.
