Ms. Santini is a managing director and a member of the Boston Trust Board of Directors. She is the director of BTIM Inc., Boston Trust’s investment advisor subsidiary, and president of the Boston Trust & Walden Funds. She has occupied a variety of senior management roles at the firm, including chief operating officer. She currently manages portfolios for both institutional and individual clients, and is a member of the Investment, Audit & Risk, and ESG Research & Engagement Committees.
Prior to joining the firm in 1982, Ms. Santini worked for New England ACH at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the CFA Institute. She earned a BA, cum laude, from Connecticut College and an MBA from Boston University. She currently serves as chair of the Investment Committee of the Unitarian Universalist Associate (UUA).
