Lucia joined Boston Trust & Investment Management Company in 1982. She is a Portfolio Manager for institutional and individual clients, as well as a Securities Analyst. She is a Director of Boston Trust and serves on the Investment Committee. She has also occupied a variety of senior management roles at the firm, including Chief Operating Officer, in which capacity she oversaw administration, operations, finance and compliance. Prior to joining Boston Trust, Lucia worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
Lucia holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the CFA Institute. She earned a B.A. from Connecticut College and an M.B.A. from Boston University.
